Wellbeing

At the Child Development Institute (CDI), we recognise the importance of all individuals realising their potential. Given the nature of society today, this requires all individuals to manage stress.

This fundamental belief is true for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), their families, educators and health professionals but also for people working in a corporate environment, where stress induces burn-out, absence and a high turnover of staff.

The CDI runs a series of services aimed at improving the mental wellbeing of a wide range of people. Workshops and one-to-one coaching and mentoring are designed to build personal skills and resilience and increase a person’s capacity to cope with stress.

In a corporate environment, services can improve individual leadership skills, team building skills and reflective practice strategies to create a positive workplace culture.
